We’re looking for a Member Services Consultant - Employee Benefits to join our team. This role is all about building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service supporting Government entities. You’ll work closely with our sales team and guide Client Service Associates to create a collaborative and supportive environment. How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, focusing on self-funded business. You’ll use Gallagher’s tools and resources to deliver effective solutions and ensure a smooth renewal process. Your ability to resolve service issues and mentor new hires will help strengthen our team. Success in this role is measured by client retention, with a renewal target of 95%. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your skills through professional development programs.

 

  • Manage increasingly complex accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business while collaborating with senior teammates
  • Utilizing Gallagher’s resources and tools to create effective client deliverables
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process We measure success based on retention and our renewal target is 95%.
  • Resolve service-related issues independently but know when to raise concerns to more experienced client service team members - Guide and support new hires and account associates
  • Complete internal professional development programs to gain an understanding of the insurance industry and RPA processes


About You

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of experience
  • 3 Yrs + Experience in Employee Benefits + Active L&H License
  • Experience with Government Entities accounts preferred 
  • A commitment to ethical behavior and upholding The Gallagher Way
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • A desire to learn and improve, with a focus on innovation and efficiency


Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
