Medicare Continuation Plans
Retirees of almost all IPBC Member Groups that are Medicare eligible can elect a Medicare Continuation Plan available through the IPBC's engagement with Benistar. Newly eligible retirees will receive a letter from Benistar with the necessary information.

For questions regarding the Medicare continuation plans, you need to call the Benistar customer service number. The Medicare Continuation Plans are managed by Benistar through its engagement with IPBC. As a result, neither your former employer or IPBC can answer questions.
